These terms govern your use of the English shadowing app "Shadowly" (the "Service") provided by TAKE A Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service provides shadowing training material playback, recording, AI-based pronunciation assessment and feedback, and AI material generation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments or content.
You can start using the Service with an anonymous account. Deleting the app or changing devices may make anonymous account data inaccessible.
All intellectual property in the Service belongs to us or rightful owners. Materials you generate may be used for your own learning purposes.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service, or any learning outcomes. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Service.
We may change or discontinue the Service with prior notice to users.
We may revise these terms as needed and will notify you in the App of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
